If you plan to visit once a week, Essential (£50/mo) covers you. If you want to visit more often — or you're not sure how much you'll use it — Unlimited (£69/mo) gives you full access with no monthly session cap (up to 2 sessions per day). Unlimited Plus (£120/mo) suits anyone who also wants regular sports massage included.
All memberships include full access to both saunas (Finnish and infrared), two cold plunge ice baths (4–7°C), Normatec compression, and the mobility zone during your 90-minute session. Towels, lockers, and priority booking are also included.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle, then the new rate going forward.
For Essential (4 sessions/month), unused sessions expire at the end of each billing period. Unlimited members can visit as often as they like with no monthly cap — up to 2 sessions per day. Need more than 2 in a day? Contact us and we'll arrange it.
Members can book up to 14 days in advance. Non-members can book 7 days ahead. You get first access to popular slots.
Memberships are individual and non-transferable. Unlimited Plus members receive guest passes to use each month.
