Who We Are
RE:UP Altrincham is Altrincham's dedicated sports recovery centre, built for athletes, gym goers and active people who take their physical maintenance seriously. We operate from 20 Huxley Street in Broadheath, where contrast therapy, sports massage, injury assessment and rehabilitation, and nurse-led IV vitamin therapy sit under one roof and one clinical standard.
Most facilities do one thing. We built RE:UP because recovery is not a single modality. Sauna and ice bath sessions support the same bodies that come to us for injury rehabilitation. Sports massage clients progress to recovery memberships. IV therapy supports performance alongside hands-on treatment. When all of it is in the same building, delivered to the same standard, the results are different.
We serve athletes, gym goers, active professionals and people returning from surgery across Altrincham, Hale, Sale, Timperley and South Manchester.

RECOVERY SESSIONS
Contrast Therapy
Sauna and ice bath recovery sessions at our Altrincham facility. Two saunas, two cold plunge ice baths, Normatec compression and a full mobility zone. Ninety minutes from £20.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports Massage
Clinical sports massage in Altrincham delivered by Level 5 qualified therapists. Deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Forty-five minute sessions from £30.
INJURY REHAB
Injury Assessment & Rehabilitation
Biomechanical screening, manual therapy and structured return to sport rehabilitation at our Altrincham sports injury clinic. Initial assessment £60.
IV THERAPY
IV Vitamin Therapy
Nurse-led IV vitamin drips and micronutrient infusions at our Altrincham clinic. MHRA-approved formulations with clinical screening included. Contact us to discuss pricing.

The facility is laid out so you can move between modalities without dropping below the same level of care.
