  • Manage your membership and billing
  • Send booking confirmations and reminders
  • Respond to your enquiries

4. Legal Basis (UK GDPR)

5. Third Parties

We share data only with:

  • Stripe: payment processing
  • Supabase: authentication and database hosting
  • Resend: transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, cancellations, membership emails)
  • Google: website analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Google Ads)

We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your booking data for 2 years after your last activity. Account data is retained while your account is active and for 6 months after deletion. Payment records are retained as required by UK tax law (6 years).

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing
  • Data portability

We use essential cookies required to operate this website (authentication session), Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and one Google Ads cookie to measure whether our advertising brings people to us.
