Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

RE:UP Altrincham provides health and recovery services at 20 Huxley Street, Broadheath, Altrincham, WA14 5HH. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms and our Cookie Policy.

2. Bookings

  • Bookings are subject to availability
  • You must arrive 10 minutes before your session
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no refund or credit
  • Bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance
  • A minimum lead time of 1 hour is required for all bookings

3. Single Session Payments

  • Single session bookings require full payment at the time of booking
  • Single session bookings are non-refundable
  • If you cannot attend, please let us know so we can offer the slot to someone else
  • No-shows will not receive a refund or credit

4. Memberships

  • Memberships are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You can cancel your membership at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period
  • Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month
  • Membership benefits are for the named member only and are non-transferable

5. Cancellation Policy — Members

  • Members may cancel individual bookings up to 30 minutes before the session at no cost
  • Session credits are returned to your monthly allowance upon cancellation
  • Cancellations within 30 minutes of the session will count as a used session

6. Health & Safety

  • You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to use our facilities
  • If you have any medical conditions (including heart conditions, pregnancy, epilepsy, or low/high blood pressure), consult your GP before using our services
  • You must follow all safety instructions given by our staff
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe there is a health risk
  • All clients are required to complete a health and safety waiver before their first session — this is a condition of use

7. Liability

RE:UP Altrincham takes reasonable care to ensure the safety of all clients. However, use of our facilities (including sauna, ice baths, and massage) is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via your Account settings page. When you delete your account:

  • Your personal data (name, email, phone) is permanently anonymised
  • Any active Stripe membership is cancelled immediately with no refund for the remaining period
  • Your booking history is retained in anonymised form for our operational records
  • This action is permanent and cannot be reversed
