RE:UP Altrincham is at 20 Huxley Street, Broadheath, Altrincham, WA14 5EL. Look for the building signposted on Huxley Street — come through the gate and the centre is inside. Free parking is available two ways: three hours free at Broadheath Retail Park, a short walk around the back to Huxley Street, or directly outside on Huxley Street, where spaces are usually available.

We are open seven days a week from 7am to 9pm.

Yes. Sessions take up to five people and you can add friends when you book — each person gets their own place and confirmation.

No. Most people visit RE:UP for the first time without any experience of cold water immersion. The team will walk you through the circuit, explain how long to stay in and what to expect. You go at your own pace throughout the session.

Each 90-minute session gives you full access to our 8-person Finnish sauna, two cold plunge ice baths at 4 to 7°C, Normatec compression for upper and lower body, and the mobility zone with foam rollers, massage guns and resistance bands. Lockers, private changing rooms and free parking are all included — bring swimwear and your own towel, as towels are not provided.

Single recovery sessions start from £20. Sports massage starts from £30 for a 45-minute appointment. An initial injury assessment and treatment is £60, with follow-up sessions from £40. IV therapy pricing is available on request — contact us to discuss. Monthly memberships start from £50 and give you structured access without paying per visit.

No. Single sessions are available without a membership. Most people start with a one-off visit and move to a membership once they decide to come regularly. There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time.

Yes. Many people pair a sports massage or injury rehab session with a recovery session on the same day. The team can help you work out the best order depending on what you are trying to achieve.

Neither. RE:UP is a clinical recovery centre. The facility is built for structured, purposeful recovery — not general fitness or spa treatments. Sessions are focused and the environment is clean, calm and professional.
